3. Restrictions

• You may not use the Sound Pack in a way that competes with or replaces the original product.

• You may not sublicense, lease, rent, resell, repackage, reassemble, or transfer the product to anybody/anything else, including third party organizations.

4. Ownership and Copyright

All the products are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The creator or licensor (DIZZORM) retains full ownership of all rights, including intellectual property rights, in the products. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that no ownership of the products are transferred to you.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase. Please ensure that the products meet your needs before completing your purchase. All the details about the product are fully mentioned in the product's page.

6. Modifications and Updates

The creator reserves the right to modify or update the products at any time without notice. You may not alter or modify the products unless otherwise authorized by the creator (DIZZORM).

7. Limitation of Liability

The creator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the products, including but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

8. Termination

The creator reserves the right to terminate your access to the products if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the products and delete any copies in your possession.

These terms are governed by International laws, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
